in search of McKay/Sheppard fic

Does anyone remember a cute McKay/Sheppard fic in which the scientists prank and harass the new marines to protect Sheppard? It's gen, but the ways McKay protects Sheppard and Sheppard identifies with the geeks make it very cute and pre-slashy. I'd love a link if you know which fic I'm talking about
